Programme unification

Te Pūkenga network kaimahi have been working to unify the following programmes of study:

• Bachelor of Midwifery

Unified programmes mean that there will be one programme of study aligned with each qualification, which works for learners in all regions. The unified programmes are high-level, broad and flexible programmes that allows each region the ability to tailor the programme delivery to meet the needs of their community.

Thank you to everyone who provided feedback during the recent consultation process for these programmes of study. We have now closed consultation, are underway with making updates in response to the feedback, and working through the final stages of approval and accreditation.
