About the scholarship

Imagine the next decades of our global future with the help of a New Zealand Science and Technology Scholarship exclusively for students from India.

Te Pūkenga – New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology (NZIST) is offering more than
20 scholarships valued at NZ$10,000 each to international students from India. Successful
students will experience a world-class opportunity through New Zealand’s globally
recognised vocational education providers that deliver career-focused applied learning.

The New Zealand Science and Technology Scholarships are open to Indian students
enrolling in their first year of a full-time programme in New Zealand for 2025 in
the fields of science and technology. The scholarships provide a reduction in the total tuition fees payable for your first year of study at participating Te Pūkenga Business Divisions.

There’s no need to make an application for a scholarship. Te Pūkenga Business Divisions will select scholarship winners from eligible students who submit an application for study at their chosen institution on or before 25 October 2024 and who meet the eligibility criteria.
