‘Wellbeing’ means something slightly different for everyone. Really, it’s about feeling as good as you can as often as possible, and having the support, tools and skills to overcome the challenges life throws at you when they come your way.

In this section, you’ll find tips and models that have been proven to help improve and sustain wellbeing. They have been co-designed with ākonga (learners) from all walks of life. Some might click for you, others may not. Take what you need, leave what you don’t. At the end of the day, you’re the expert in your own wellbeing.
There is no finish line here; wellbeing is for everybody and it’s a lifelong journey. We’re all learning about what works for us all the time. Be kind to yourself, take notice of what works for you and try to do just a little bit more of that every day, or even every week.
