Toiora — ko ngā pūnaha me ngā āhuatanga o te taiao e tika ana te āhua kia tino arotau ai te oranga
Toiora is where we source our health from, where we draw our knowledge of wellbeing from. It is the connection between what we 'do' and how those behaviours and choices impact our wellbeing. Toiora is whānau, whakapapa and hauora all intertwined.
He ara e tūhono ai ki tēnei whetū
- Rapua tētahi tangata, ētahi tāngata rānei ki tō akomanga, ki tō wahi mahi e noho ana hei kaitautoko i tō mahi ako. Tērā pea he hoa e taea ai te ako tahi ki a koe, he hoa kōrero noa iho rānei i ērā wā e tino hiahia nei koe.
- Me ngana kia kaupare i tētahi warenga ōu e pā kino atu ai ki tō oranga.
“Living well is about doing the simple things like drinking a lot of water, eating regularly, connecting with friends or with groups, talking through any concerns, and making time for things that aren’t study–related.”
